I’m writing this in our basement flat off Dundas street towards the end of our run; we’ve had a fantastic week with Francesca Murray Fuentes’ excellent new play The Runner (think Enid Blyton-meets-refugee-crisis), and a particularly fun bunch of Sixth Formers. We’ve earned a 5 star review in the British Theatre Guide, which is very pleasing indeed; you can read it here. I’ve written the incidental music for the play, which has definite manouche influences, and Tom and I have found time for some off-piste busking which has proved unprofitable but entertaining.
